Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide personalized customer service and styling assistance.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Store Operations
Manage daily opening and closing of the boutique.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of the store.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, or head office for stock replenishment.
Minimize stock loss, damage, and pilferage.

Visual Merchandising
Ensure attractive display of garments, accessories, and products.
Implement seasonal displays and promotional setups.
Maintain brand standards in product presentation.

Team Management
Supervise boutique staff, including sales associates and support staff.
Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
Train staff on product knowledge, customer service, grooming, and sales techniques.




Motivate the team to achieve sales and service goals.

Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily sales reports and other operational reports.
Track sales performance and customer trends.
Coordinate with management regarding targets, promotions, and operational issues.
Maintain necessary store documentation and records.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Diploma or certification in Fashion Retail, Retail Management, or related field is an added advantage.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in retail, boutique, fashion, or apparel store management.
Experience in ethnic wear or designer boutique preferred.

Working Conditions
Retail store workplace.
Weekends and festive season availability required.
Standing for extended periods during store operations may be required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
