Manager (BDM) – Job Title: Field Business Development Manager (BDM) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Business Development Manager to identify current business opportunities, meet potential clients, promote company products/services, and achieve sales targets through field visits.

Key Responsibilities: Visit prospective and existing clients to generate new business. Identify and develop recent sales opportunities in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Negotiate pricing and close sales deals. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up with leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.

Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity updates.



Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills: Robust communication and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software. Problem-solving and time management skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is preferred). 1–5 years of experience in field sales or business development. Valid driving license and willingness to travel.

Indicators (KPIs): Revenue and sales target achievement. Number of client meetings conducted. Recent customer acquisition. Lead-to-customer conversion rate. Customer retention and satisfaction.
