Job Title: Business Associate – Warehouse & Delivery Operations

Reporting To: Hub Supervisor / Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Business Associate to manage parcel handling operations at the warehouse/hub.

The role involves receiving incoming shipments, updating parcel information in the system, and coordinating with delivery partners to ensure smooth last-mile delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and verify parcels arriving at the hub/warehouse.

Scan and enter shipment details into the monitoring/system portal accurately.

Track parcel movement and update status in real-time.

Organize and sort parcels based on delivery routes and destinations.

Handover parcels to assigned delivery partners after proper verification.

Maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.

Coordinate with delivery partners regarding parcel allocation and dispatch.

Resolve basic shipment discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor.

Ensure warehouse records and documentation are maintained accurately.

Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Graduate (Any Discipline).





Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Familiarity with scanning devices and warehouse management systems is preferred.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Experience

0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, courier, or supply chain management.

Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
