Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating leads, and building a solid pipeline of prospective clients for Inspizone’s training programs. The role includes conducting client meetings, presenting training solutions, managing accounts, and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.

The Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs, support marketing initiatives,



and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance. The role also requires ongoing market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth areas.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.

Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support ongoing engagements.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for client interactions and presentations.

Previous experience in sales or business development, ideally in education, training, or services sectors, is beneficial.

Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced workplace.

Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools is an advantage.

Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
