We are seeking a agile and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and experience handling international customers.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with B2B and B2C customers across GCC countries.
Communicate confidently and professionally in English with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the system.
Meet daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Work full-time from the office and collaborate effectively with the team.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Call Centre Executive or Customer Support Executive (mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.




Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi will be an added advantage.
Must be a Graduate or Postgraduate.
Candidates with a technical educational background are preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Good computer knowledge, including MS excel and email communication.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-centric approach.
