Role & responsibilities
Execute buy/sell orders on behalf of clients through authorized trading platforms.
Handle client calls related to trade execution, order status, and market-related queries.
Provide support for equity, derivatives, and other financial products.
Ensure accurate and timely order placement as per client instructions.
Coordinate with clients regarding trade confirmations and transaction-related issues.
Maintain proper records of client interactions and trade instructions.
Follow compliance guidelines and company policies while handling client trades.
Provide basic assistance related to trading platforms and account-related queries.
Preferred candidate profile Should have valuable Speech and computer literacy also the communication skill need to be appropriate.
