Job Summary

Webslogin IT Services Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business prospects, acquiring new clients, and maintaining long-term relationships in both Domestic and International markets. Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, job portals, email campaigns, cold calling, and other outbound sales strategies.
Identify and develop current business opportunities in both Domestic and International markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and services.
Prepare proposals, quotations,



and presentations for clients.
Conduct meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close sales opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/reporting tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, market competition, and emerging business opportunities.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust negotiation and presentation abilities.
Valuable understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
Lead generation and client acquisition skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
