Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns. Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.

Ensure error-free communication with proper grammar and spelling. Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal systems. Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets.

Follow company policies and quality standards while handling customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria Qualification: 12th pass or Any Graduate Experience: Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply. Candidates from any location across India are eligible to apply. Must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad .

Compensation CTC: ₹26,000 – ₹36,000 per month (Depending on interview performance and experience)
