Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building solid relationships with existing and prospective clients in the IT infrastructure and services space.

The Business Development

Manager will conduct market research, prepare proposals, lead client presentations, and collaborate with technical and service delivery teams to design solutions that meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include negotiating contracts, tracking performance against targets, maintaining accurate CRM records,



and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term revenue growth.

Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience generating and closing B2B opportunities.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop targeted go-to-market and growth strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Proven ability to collaborate with technical and service delivery teams to translate customer needs into practical solutions.
Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or technology services is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced setting in Mumbai, with robust organizational and time-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work ethically, inclusively, and respectfully with diverse colleagues and clients.
