Requirements:
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, App Development, Shopify, etc.)
Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn is a plus
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to handle client conversations and build long-term relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn
Write and submit effective, customized business proposals
Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships

Recruitment Process:
Initial screening (Resume + basic communication check)
Interview (Communication skills + platform knowledge)
Practical task (Proposal writing or lead generation sample)
Final selection and onboarding

Experience: 1 Year–5 year of experience in a BDE role

Shift: Night Shift
