Commis 1 / Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Hot Kitchen We are looking for a skilled Commis 1 / DCDP – Hot Kitchen to join our culinary team. The candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in a skilled hot kitchen with strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating. They will be responsible for preparing dishes as per standard recipes, maintaining food quality and consistency, and ensuring timely service.
The candidate must follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards at all times. Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, coordinate with the kitchen team, and support smooth daily operations is essential.
Experience in cafés, restaurants, or the F&B; industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
