Role Description This is a full time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Kochi.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue current business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and support the expansion of Y Degree’s programs and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, qualifying prospects, conducting meetings and presentations, and managing accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals, negotiate terms,



and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

The Business Development

Executive will also track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic planning to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

Strong current business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.

Solid understanding of business and account management practices to nurture long-term client relationships.

Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in education, training, or services.

Ability to work in office in Kochi, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced setting.

Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic data analysis to track leads and performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong interest in personal development and learner success.
