Role Summary
The Center Head is responsible for the overall management, growth, and performance of the training center, including academic delivery, admissions, staff management, student satisfaction, and profitability.
This role acts as the primary owner of the center's success balancing business targets with quality education delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Admissions
Drive student admissions by achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career prospects
Monitor inquiry-to-enrollment conversion ratios
Ensure proper follow-up on leads and walk-ins 2.
Sales and Marketing
Plan and execute local marketing strategies (online & offline)
Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, and organizations for lead generation
Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events
Manage digital campaigns, social media, and branding initiatives
Track ROI of marketing activities and optimize performance 3.
Placement
Build and maintain relationships with companies for student placements
Ensure high placement rates for students
Organize placement drives, job fairs, and interview sessions
Prepare students for interviews (soft skills, resume building, mock interviews)
Track placement data and employer feedback 4.
Training




Oversee training quality and ensure curriculum delivery as per standards
Monitor trainer performance and student progress
Ensure timely batch scheduling and course completion
Handle student feedback and resolve academic issues
Maintain training infrastructure and learning setting 5.
Operations and Team Management
Lead and manage center staff (counselors, trainers, admin, placement team)
Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews
Ensure smooth day-to-day center operations
Maintain compliance with company policies and processes
Prepare MIS reports on admissions, revenue, placements, and operations 6.
Revenue & Business Growth
Achieve revenue targets and profitability goals
Identify recent business opportunities and expansion areas
Control costs and optimize resource utilization Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline); MBA preferred Experience: 510 years in education/training industry, with 2+ years in a leadership role Skills:
Strong leadership and team management
Sales/business development acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
P&L; and budget management
Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
