We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and execute civil construction activities at our KAG Factory. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial/commercial construction projects and be capable of managing site execution while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per project schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
Verify drawings, measurements, BOQs, and quantities.
Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
Monitor material usage and maintain site records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Resolve technical issues arising during execution.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of civil construction practices and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
Good understanding of RCC, masonry, finishing, and structural works.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
Strong communication, coordination,
and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
2–4 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in industrial projects.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage site activities independently.
