Job Title: Client Acquisition Business Development (Domestic Contract Staffing)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development professional to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our Domestic Contract Staffing business. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the Recruitment & Staffing industry and a proven track record of acquiring new clients and closing staffing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and acquire current clients for Domestic Contract Staffing services.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across various industries.
Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.




Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for account growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements:
8+ years of Business Development experience in the Recruitment & Staffing Industry.
Hands-on experience in Domestic Contract Staffing business development is mandatory.
Solid network of clients and proven experience in acquiring current business.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Experience in preparing proposals, contracts, and commercial discussions.
Ability to work independently and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
