Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Production Operator located in Muzaffarnagar. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating reactors, overseeing production lines, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards. The role involves close coordination with team members, performing routine inspections, and supporting training initiatives for new employees.

Quality Control and adherence to safety standards
Lab Testing and Analysis of Product Specifications
Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Training and mentoring team members
Attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Bachelors in Chemistry or related field is required
