Role & responsibilities
Email Communication Management
Monitor and manage all official email inboxes.
Categorize, prioritize, and escalate queries to respective departments as required.
Draft, edit, and send explicit, skilled responses.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date email log and ensure timely follow-up on open issues.
Helpline Call Coordination
Attend and respond to incoming calls through official helplines.
Provide accurate and helpful information about the organization, its mission, and services.
Maintain detailed records of all incoming calls, and escalate sensitive/urgent issues appropriately.
Communication Log Maintenance & Reporting
Maintain comprehensive logs of both emails and calls using CRM or tracking tools.
Generate weekly/monthly reports summarizing query types, resolution times, patterns, and recommendations.




Provide insights on potential workflow improvements, FAQs, or auto-responses to enhance efficiency.
Content Development & Drafting Support
Assist in drafting general content for internal and external communications, including announcements, circulars, and official responses.
Ensure brand consistency, clarity, and alignment across all platforms and materials.
Support template creation for recurring communication needs.
Coordination & Support
Liaise with internal departments to gather relevant information for accurate responses.
Provide administrative and communication support to the Chief Communication Officer and communications team as required.
