Key Responsibilities
Conduct chemical and physical analysis of milk and dairy products.
Perform quality tests on raw milk, processed products, and packaging materials.
Maintain laboratory records and test reports.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and food safety standards.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Report quality issues and support corrective actions.
Required Skills
Knowledge of dairy quality testing and laboratory procedures.
Familiarity with milk testing instruments and analytical techniques.
Valuable documentation and reporting skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
