Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of all civil construction activities for the greenfield textile project.
Prepare project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, project management consultants, and contractors.
Review and approve civil drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and construction methodologies.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
Manage contractor selection, performance evaluation, billing verification, and contract administration.
Ensure adherence to project budgets through effective cost monitoring and value engineering initiatives.
Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures across all civil works.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site.




Coordinate with government authorities for statutory approvals related to civil construction.
Support installation readiness by coordinating civil activities with electrical, mechanical, and utility teams.
Prepare periodic project progress reports and present updates to senior management.
Drive timely completion of project activities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.).
Master's degree or PMP certification will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements
1520 years of relevant experience in industrial civil construction.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience leading greenfield manufacturing projects.
Prior experience in textile manufacturing projects is highly preferred.
Robust experience in factory buildings, production blocks, warehouses, utility buildings, roads, drainage, and infrastructure development.
Experience managing multiple contractors and large project teams.
