We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Infrastructure Tendering Executive with hands-on experience in Railway, National Highway (NHAI), and other government infrastructure tenders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tendering lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to successful bid submission.Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Identify and monitor tender prospects on GeM, CPPP, IRCON, RVNL, DFCCIL, RailTel, Indian Railways, NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL, and various state e-procurement portals.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQs, and commercial terms.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated timelines.
Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams for bid preparation.
Prepare and manage EMDs, Bank Guarantees, tender fees, affidavits, and statutory documentation.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and project pipelines.
Liaise with clients and government departments for tender-related clarifications and documentation.
