Qualification B.Tech(Civil)+ M.B.A /NICMAR/ Masters in any sector from reputed university
- 1.Business Development of ports and maritime sector.
2.Prospect identification.
3.Analyze the chance and prepare the project note for departmental/management approval.Prepare the SWOT analysis.
4.Prepare the pre-bid queries, attend the pre-meetings and convince the client for required changes in the tender.
5.Liaising with client and stakeholders and maintain the healthy qualified relationship on behalf of the firm.
6.Prepare technical and financial proposals. Prepare the complete tender/bid document.
7.Prepare the proposal presentation to client.
8.Read, understand, and prepare the bidding documents according to the tender specifications and contract stipulations.
9.Budget preparation for the project.
10.Support the department in operational review presentations, budget preparation, project progress monitoring.
11.Control the project invoicing and maintain the register.




12.Use interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with colleagues, peers, internal and external partners, working proactively across organizational boundaries, sharing information, new knowledge, innovation and growth ideas

Desired Profile
Should have worked in preparation of proposals for consultancy works.
Should have experience in preparation of bidding documents.
Should be conversant with bidding documents of state/central government projects and donor funded projects.
Should be conversant with online tendering.
Should be conversant with preparation of proposals for private clients.
Should have good knowledge on the market intelligence gathering.
Should have prepared minimum 10 technical and financial proposals.
Should have good communication skills.Should have good presentation skills.
Should have worked on donor funded tendering/project
