We are looking for an experienced Coupa Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of IT experience and relevant at least 3years in caupa P2P processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP), Invoice Management, Catalog Management, and Coupa Network. The role involves production support, issue resolution, user administration, and configuration of Coupa modules.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support for Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Resolve issues related to Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Invoice Reconciliation.
Manage user administration, catalog management, site management, and data import/export activities.
Configure and maintain Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP) modules, including Supplier Registration, Qualification, Preferred Supplier, and Risk Management.
Support supplier onboarding through Coupa SLP.
Configure and manage approval workflows and approval role assignments.
Troubleshoot issues related to Coupa Network and electronic document transmission.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and support production deployments.
Manage catalogs, contracts, forms, email notifications, and system configurations.
Handle incidents and service requests within defined SLA timelines.
Coordinate with business users to resolve functional issues and provide system enhancements.
Raise Oracle/Coupa support tickets for product-related issues when required.
