We are hiring Ceramic Engineers / Ceramic Supervisors for a leading ceramic tile manufacturing company in Morbi. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates with knowledge of ceramic tile production and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
Supervise the ceramic tile manufacturing process.
Monitor raw material usage and maintain consumption reports.
Prepare production and daily process reports.
Ensure proper production parameters are maintained.
Monitor tile quality, dimensions, and manufacturing standards.
Understand tile specifications, strength, and quality testing.
Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
Ensure smooth plant operations while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Experience in the ceramic tile manufacturing industry is preferred.
Knowledge of:
Ceramic raw materials
Tile manufacturing process
Material consumption reports
Production parameters
Tile sizes and specifications
Tile strength and quality standards
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Advantages
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
