Recruitment of Recent IFAs as Loan Partners for setting up the Business.
Closely work with NJ Sales and Product Team for the growth and Support of LAS , CL and Partner Loans.
Manage and enhance relationships in the NJ Wealth network in the allocated region.
Conduct concept and product training across the existing partners and Recent IFAs.
Focus on achieving sales and recruitment of recent IFAs targets.
Preparing MIS as and when required by Superior.
