Role Description The Business Development Trainee role at SANeForce is a full time, in office position based in Chennai. The trainee will support the business development team by identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation activities, and participating in outreach campaigns. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing presentations and reports, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, following up with prospective clients,



and providing basic customer service support to ensure a positive experience. This position offers structured learning, mentoring, and the opportunity to grow into a client-facing business development role.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and business data.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and prospective clients.

Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, with an interest in prospecting and nurturing potential business opportunities.

Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including information gathering, competitor analysis, and trend identification.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and relationship-building.

Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is beneficial.

Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Ability to work collaboratively, learn quickly, and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
