Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities at project sites.
Monitor work progress as per approved drawings and project schedules.
Ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
Measure work quantities and assist in preparing progress reports.
Maintain site records, daily reports, and material consumption records.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
Assist in planning, material management, and site coordination.
Report project updates, issues, and delays to senior engineers.
Support project handover and documentation activities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of construction methods and civil engineering practices.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
