Key Responsibilities:
Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance of CNC & conventional machines.
Troubleshoot and repair spindles, ball screws, turrets, ATC systems, hydraulic & pneumatic circuits.
Execute preventive maintenance plans to improve machine uptime.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Ensure 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and safety practices on the shop floor.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in CNC Machine Maintenance.
Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drawings.
Expertise in TPM, Why-Why Analysis, and preventive maintenance.
Experience in manufacturing, precision engineering, or machine tool industries preferred.
