UDAAAN Group is urgently looking for an experienced Compliance Executive for it's Security and Facility Management vertical. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining end-to-end statutory compliance for the Security & Facility Management division, with primary focus on EPF and ESIC.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle employee registrations, UAN/IP generation, KYC, ECR preparation, challans, statutory returns, claims, inspections, audits, and compliance documentation.
Ensure compliance with labour laws including EPF, ESIC, Contract Labour, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishments Acts.
Liaise with government authorities, clients, and internal teams, maintain statutory records and MIS, support labour licence renewals, and ensure timely statutory filings and zero compliance deviations.

Required Skills: Solid knowledge of EPFO & ESIC portals, labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, MS Excel, documentation, audit handling, and client compliance management.

Requirements:




Minimum 2 years of experience in similar profile.
Graduate in any discipline with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and documentation.
Solid documentation and record management skills.
