What are we looking for?

Qualified Company Secretary with active ICSI membership

Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and NSE listing requirements

Experience in Board and committee meeting management

Proficiency in preparing agendas, minutes, statutory registers, disclosures, and regulatory filings

Robust drafting, analytical, and communication skills





High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information

Ability to work on-site in Hisar

Roles and Responsibilities

Organise Board, committee, and shareholder meetings

Prepare agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions, and supporting documents

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, NSE requirements, and other applicable laws

Manage statutory filings, disclosures, registers, and corporate records

Coordinate with stock exchanges, regulators, auditors, legal advisors, and internal teams

Support annual general meetings, shareholder communication, and corporate actions

Draft and review corporate policies, agreements, and governance documents

Advise senior management on governance and compliance matters

Monitor regulatory developments and implement required changes
