Role Description
This is a full time in office role for a Career Counselor based in Shrirampur.
The Career
Counselor will provide tailored guidance to students, helping them navigate career paths, develop career strategies, and achieve their professional goals.
Key responsibilities include one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing student interests and strengths, conducting career development workshops,
and staying updated on education and job market trends. The position also involves maintaining student progress records and coordinating with academic and career placement teams to ensure student success.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
Experience in Student Counseling and guiding students toward educational and professional success
Robust Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse individuals effectively
Ability to build rapport, empathize with students, and provide tailored career solutions
Knowledge of the higher education landscape and current job market trends
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field
Previous experience in academic or career counseling is preferred
