Job Title: CNC Operator – Fresher

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Shift In-Charge

Location: Perungudi, Chennai

Job Summary The CNC Operator is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce quality components as per production requirements. Freshers will receive on-the-job training to understand machine operations, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines under the guidance of supervisors.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Monitor machine operations and report abnormalities immediately.
Measure components using basic measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc.).
Follow production drawings and work instructions.
Maintain quality standards and ensure defect-free production.
Keep the machine and work area clean and organized (5S).
Follow safety rules and wear the required PPE.
Record production details in the production log.




Assist in routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.

Eligibility
ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, CNC Operator) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of CNC machines and engineering drawings is preferred.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
