Manage and monitor batch job scheduling using Control-M.
Create, modify, and maintain job schedules to ensure timely execution of business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve job failures and scheduling conflicts.
Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to optimize workflow automation.
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling tool.
Understanding of batch processing and workflow automation.
Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux settings.
Valuable analytical and troubleshooting skills.
