We are looking for a dynamic Business Head who brings solid expertise in sales leadership, sales strategy, and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will own business growth, lead revenue initiatives, and build scalable go-to-market plans that strengthen market presence and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead overall business growth with a strong focus on sales and marketing strategy.
Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales plans to drive revenue.
Build and manage marketing strategies that support brand visibility and lead generation.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of business goals.
Work closely with internal teams to align strategy, execution, and customer experience.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to improve decision-making.
Build, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver solid results.
