Role & Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 8–12 copywriters across multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice, tone, and campaign excellence.
Own end-to-end campaign ideation—from concept decks and taglines to scripts, social assets, and digital micro-copy—with a focus on conversion and emotional resonance.
Collaborate with Creative Directors and Account teams to align copy strategy with brand goals, media channels, and performance KPIs.
Champion copywriting excellence by setting standards, conducting reviews, and implementing training modules to elevate team output.
Present concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity, confidence,



and persuasive storytelling.
Stay ahead of linguistic trends, platform-specific writing (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts), and emerging brand voices to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
