Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Head role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Business

Head will oversee end-to-end business operations, including strategy development, financial planning, and performance management across assigned brands or business units. Daily responsibilities include setting and monitoring key targets, leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with the group’s long-term vision. The role involves close collaboration with leadership, managing stakeholder relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.





The Business

Head will also be accountable for compliance, risk management, and maintaining high standards of corporate governance.

Qualifications
Strategic leadership skills, including business planning, goal setting, and execution.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; management.
Proven ability to manage operations, improve processes, and drive efficiency.
Demonstrated experience in people leadership, team development, and performance management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-brand environment and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in diversified or multi-industry organizations is an advantage.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred; bachelor’s degree required.
Comfort with in office leadership presence in the Greater Delhi Area and willingness to travel as needed.
