Indure is seeking experienced design engineers who are interested in developing into proposal specialists. Candidates with robust detailed engineering experience in EPC, CHP, AHP, BOP or industrial projects will be preferred over candidates with only proposal documentation experience. Hands-on engineering capability, practical problem-solving skills and a sound understanding of project execution are considered essential.
Position Purpose To provide Civil and Structural engineering support for preparation of competitive EPC, CHP and AHP proposals through detailed engineering, quantity estimation and technical evaluation.
Role & responsibilities
Engineering
Review tender drawings and specifications.
Prepare plot plans.
Develop conceptual foundation layouts.
Estimate excavation quantities.
Estimate RCC quantities.
Estimate structural steel quantities.
Prepare BOQs.
Prepare civil specifications.
Review conveyor galleries, transfer houses, crusher houses and industrial structures.
Proposal Support
Coordinate with Mechanical and Electrical engineers.
Support estimation.
Prepare technical clarifications.
Review engineering drawings.
Identify value engineering prospects.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech. Civil Engineering or
AMIE (Civil)
Experience
5 to 12 years.
Must possess detailed engineering experience in industrial projects.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in:
Thermal Power
Material Handling
Steel Plants
Cement Plants
Industrial EPC Projects
