Set up and operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
Select and install the required tools, fixtures, and cutting inserts.
Monitor machine operations and make basic offset adjustments when required.
Measure components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Ensure components meet specified dimensions and quality standards.
Record production output and inspection details accurately.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Report machine breakdowns, tool wear, and quality issues to the Production In-Charge.
Follow production schedules to achieve daily targets.
Minimize material wastage and handle materials safely.
Maintain 5S standards and keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear the required PPE.
Support continuous improvement activities and assist other production operations when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
