We re looking for a Conversational AI Engineer to design and deliver intelligent conversational solutions for enterprise settings. You ll own conversation flow design, prompt engineering, and agent development building production-grade AI agents that handle real customer interactions at scale.

Required Skills and Experience:
4+ years of hands-on experience building conversational AI solutions preferably on Google Dialogflow CX ; experience on Amazon Lex, Azure Bot Service, Rasa, or similar platforms will also be considered
Robust understanding of conversational design concepts intents, entities, dialogue flows, session management, and webhook integration
Experience building and configuring AI agents prompt design, tool binding, and orchestration for complex, multi-turn conversations




Solid prompt engineering skills defining agent behavior, guardrails, response formatting, and tool invocation through structured natural language instructions
Proficiency in Python for webhook services and REST API integration is a plus
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud Logging) is a plus
