Salary: 8,000 – 15,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Career Counsellor to guide students and specialists in making informed career decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for counselling, and the ability to understand candidates' career aspirations while helping them choose the right courses or career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and job seekers.
Understand candidates' educational background, interests, and career goals.
Recommend suitable courses, certifications, colleges, or career opportunities.
Guide candidates through the admission or enrollment process.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Conduct career guidance sessions,



webinars, or seminars when required.
Stay updated on industry trends, educational programs, and career opportunities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Career Counselling, Academic Counselling, Student Counselling, Admissions, EdTech, or a similar role.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Positive negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
