Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cleaner role based in Bengaluru. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, corridors, and restrooms. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash bins, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, and replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies.

The role also involves reporting maintenance or safety issues, following established cleaning schedules, and complying with health and safety guidelines. The Cleaner will work closely with office staff to ensure a clean, protected,



and welcoming setting for all team members and visitors.

Qualifications

Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal efficiently and safely.

Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques, safe use of cleaning equipment, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards in restrooms, common areas, and workspaces.

Solid sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality in following cleaning schedules and task lists.

Basic understanding of workplace health and safety practices, including use of protective gear where required.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light to moderate loads as part of daily cleaning activities.

Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and report maintenance or safety concerns clearly.

Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role in office or commercial settings is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
