Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Content Writer to develop high-quality proposal documents for government, corporate, startup, and funding prospects. The ideal candidate should possess strong business writing skills and the ability to translate technical and financial information into transparent, compelling, and persuasive proposal documents while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities-

· Prepare, write, review, and edit business, financial, technical, and funding proposals.

· Develop proposal content for government tenders, grants, startup Funding, RCD projects, and investor presentations.

· Collaborate with technical, finance, and business development teams to gather information and prepare comprehensive techno-commercial documentation.

· Draft technical narratives, project methodologies, implementation plans, executive summaries, company profiles, capability statements, and project concept notes.

· Prepare financial sections,



including budget narratives, cost estimates, pricing justifications, and commercial documentation.

· Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor bench marking to strengthen proposal quality.· Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission guidelines.

· Maintain proposal templates, content repositories, and supporting documentation for future use.

· Proofread and review documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and skilled presentation.

· Manage multiple proposal assignments while ensuring timely submission and supporting business development initiatives through high-quality documentation and presentations.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS

· Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Business Administration,

Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. MBA or master’s degree is preferred.

· 2–5 years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, bid management, grant writing, or business documentation.
