Role Description The Client Acquisition Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. This role focuses on identifying and engaging prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long-term business relationships. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings, presenting company services, and following up on inquiries to close deals.

The executive will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop acquisition strategies, maintain accurate records in CRM tools,



and report on performance metrics. The role also involves nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Qualifications

Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in lead generation and customer acquisition, with experience identifying prospects and converting them into clients.

Sales skills, including negotiation, closing techniques, and the ability to meet or exceed targets.

Analytical skills to interpret market data, track performance metrics, and refine client acquisition strategies.

Relevant experience in business development, client servicing, or inside sales, preferably in the IT or services sector.

Ability to work in office in Lucknow, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions simultaneously.

Comfort using CRM systems, productivity tools, and basic MS Office applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
