A. Education: Masters degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or Public Policy from a recognized University or a Professional Institution recognized by Government.
B.Experience: Minimum 5 years experience, with at least 2 years in a senior executive support role in government or a large organization.
C. Key Roles & Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Execution: Translate the vision into actionable plans, track progress on key priorities, and ensure timely delivery across teams.
Enable Cross-Government Coordination: Liaise with sector experts, departments, and partners to align efforts, resolve roadblocks, and manage high-stakes stakeholder relationships.
Strengthen Internal Operations: Manage the organizations internal workflows, leadership meetings, and decision-making processes to keep the organization running effectively.
Support People & Culture: Collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, and organization development while fostering a values-driven, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
Lead Communication & Knowledge Systems:
Oversee strategic communication from the CEOs Office and build institutional knowledge through detailed documentation and publication of relevant work.
