We're looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Business Operations Associate to keep our operations, scheduling, and external presence accurate and on track. You'll be the coordination hub across teams, candidates, and the platforms that represent Reslt to the outside world. If you take pride in "nothing slips through the cracks," this is for you. What You'll Do

Interview & calendar coordination — schedule interviews across candidates and interviewers, manage invites, and handle rescheduling smoothly.

Directory & listing updates — keep company information accurate and current across business directories and aggregator platforms.





Website content upkeep — ensure content on our website(s) stays aligned, up to date, and consistent (basic CMS edits).

Team coordination — act as the connective tissue across teams; track action items and follow up until they're closed.

Office administration — manage day-to-day office operations, vendors, supplies, and logistics.

Follow-through — proactively chase pending items, confirmations, and responses so timelines hold.

What We're Looking For

1–2 years in operations, admin, executive assistance, or coordination.

Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, qualified, prompt.

Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy in scheduling, data, and content is non-negotiable.

Solid follow-up discipline — you own tasks end to end without being reminded.

Self-starter who stays organized under multiple simultaneous priorities.

Nice to Have

Exposure to a startup or fast-paced environment.

Experience with scheduling/ATS tools or business-listing platforms.

Interest in AI / software / tech.
