To develop & maintain customer engagement through cutting-edge and creative articles and other content like blogging.
Research and write articles, newsletter and emails
Edit content produced by other members as needed
Manage & update Social Media Sites (Facebook, Twitter, Health Blogging etc.)
Stay up to date with industry trends and news
To manage all content on and off line. This will include proofreading, editing and ensuring all content is SEO optimized ( where necessary )
To actively participate in all marketing activity, put relevant ideas forward and work synonymously with our PR and Digital team.
To manage website updates, customer experience related communication
To work closely with various Account Managers,
Marketing /team & Head -Service Delivery to build explicit & engaging content for our patients.
Candidate Profile:-
Should have a positive behavior and learning attitude, egos to be kept outside the office.
UG - Graduation Not Required
PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization
