Job Summary
Dobinsons Spring & Suspension is looking for a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate must have experience in CNC machine setting, operating, tool offset handling, and quality inspection.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines (CNC Turning / VMC / Milling).
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Select tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.
Perform job setup, offset correction, and tool changes.
Conduct first-piece inspection and maintain quality standards.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain production logs and documentation.
Coordinate with production and quality teams.
Follow safety and machine maintenance practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Machinist, Turner, Fitter, or equivalent.
2–5 years of CNC operating/setting experience.
Positive knowledge of machining parameters (feeds & speeds).
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge).
Experience with Fanuc (preferred).
Ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹9,439.23 - ₹30,000.00 per month
