ob Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Ambattur, Chennai Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives Job Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student admissions and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other Corporate Companies . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities Generate student leads through field visits, referrals, and promotional activities. Counsel prospective students and parents about courses and admission procedures. Conduct school, college, and corporate visits to build partnerships.

Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into admissions. Organize and participate in educational seminars, career guidance programs, and admission campaigns. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or Excel.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.



Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for promotional activities.

Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Experience in educational sales, admissions, or business development is an added advantage.
