We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Client Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, build strong relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate support.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining company services.
Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback.
Support client retention initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
