Key Skills/: Solid diagnostic abilities in mechanical drives, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, variable frequency drives /(VFDs/), sensors, and electrical distribution panels are necessary for electromechanical and automation troubleshooting. Reliability &
Root Cause Analysis/: Skilled in using RCFA methods to get rid of recurrent machine failures. TPM &
Continuous Improvement Principles/: A thorough understanding of the 5S methodology, Lean Manufacturing approaches, equipment safety regulations, and TPM pillars. CMMS &
Utility Management/: Practical experience with internal asset management platforms, SAP PM modules, or CMMS software in conjunction with utility operations /(compressors, chillers, DG sets, boilers/).
