We automate the job search process, helping candidates discover relevant opportunities and apply with a single click, allowing them to focus on interviews and career growth instead of repetitive applications.

We're an early-stage startup with a working product, initial users, and paying customers. We're now looking for a passionate Co-Founder to help build Hireoo into a category-leading AI company.

Role

As a Co-Founder, you'll work directly with the founder to shape the vision, product, and growth of Hireoo AI. This is not a traditional employee role—it's an opportunity to build and scale a startup with significant ownership and long-term impact.

What You'll Do
Drive product strategy and business growth.
Validate ideas through customer research and market analysis.
Work closely on product decisions with engineering and design.
Lead marketing, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives.




Build relationships with customers, investors, and strategic partners.
Help hire and build a high-performing team.

What We're Looking For
Entrepreneurial mindset with a robust ownership mentality.
Understanding of startups, SaaS, AI, or HR Tech.
Positive knowledge of technology and product development.
Experience or strong interest in marketing, sales, and business strategy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, remote startup environment.

Additional Information
This is an equity-based Co-Founder opportunity. As an early-stage startup, we are not offering a fixed salary at this stage.
